Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer returns or exchanges for any product sold on this site at this time. Items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges include physical products, digital products, and gift cards.
If you’re unsure which size would fit best, review the sizing charts in the product description section.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@windrosemaps.com with photos of incorrect or damaged items and we’ll work with you to get you the correct item in great condition.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
